Mechanically abrade the concrete, clean off grease and oil and vacuum. Wet the surface with clean water, remove standing water and prime the damp substrate with Ronacrete Rapid Primer (sold separately). Mix close to the repair with a slow speed 1 kW drill and MR4 helical paddle, pouring the supplied gauging liquid into the mixing vessel and gradually adding the powder. Working time is approx. 10–15 minutes. Trowel onto the wet or tacky primer, compact and close the surface, then protect until hard (typically 1 hour at 20°C). For large repair areas or volumes, contact Ronacrete's Technical Department, as larger repairs can suffer thermal cracking.
