Seal and prime with RonaScreed Self Smooth Primer, or for heavy use areas prime with RonaFloor Epoxy Primer MT blinded with 0.8–1.7 mm kiln-dried sand. Mix each 25 kg bag with 3.5–3.7 litres of clean water using a slow speed drill (max. 450 RPM) and MR3 helical paddle, or apply by mixer\/pump (Putzmeister SP 11 THF or similar). Pour or pump within 15 minutes of mixing onto the tacky primer, level with a pin rake (it is self smoothing, not self levelling) and spike roll before it gels. Apply at 5–30°C with the material at 15–20°C, relative humidity no lower than 50%, and keep the area free of draughts and direct sunlight for 24 hours. A specialist applicator is recommended.
