Product Description
Cemfloor Complete is a premium self-levelling cementitious floor screed designed for fast, efficient installation across a wide range of domestic and commercial projects. Its self-compacting formulation ensures void-free coverage around underfloor heating pipes, delivering a smooth, flat finish with minimal drying shrinkage.
Key Benefits
Application
Cemfloor Complete is delivered ready to use and is pumped directly onto the prepared substrate. The self-compacting material flows around underfloor heating pipes and levels to a smooth finish. Minimum application thickness is 35 mm for floating screeds and 25 mm for bonded applications. Maximum unjointed area is 150 m² (unheated) or 100 m² (heated).
Coverage
Approximately 20 kg/m² per 10 mm thickness. A 25 kg bag covers approximately 1.25 m² at 10 mm depth. For a typical domestic floor at 50 mm thickness, approximately 100 kg/m² is required. Consult the Cemfloor technical team for project-specific calculations.
