Ordering & Delivery
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, add products to your basket, and complete checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery times vary by location and product weight. Full pallets and large orders may require a dedicated delivery slot.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver nationwide across the UK. For deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and Islands, additional charges or longer timescales may apply. Contact us for a quote.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Products & Technical
Which screed should I use?
This depends on your project requirements including the substrate, floorcovering, available drying time, and whether the screed will be bonded, unbonded, or floating. Contact our expert team for personalised advice.
What is the difference between a levelling compound and a screed?
A screed is typically a thicker application (20-75+ mm) of cement and sand that creates a structural floor layer. A levelling compound is a thinner, self-smoothing product (typically 2-40 mm) applied on top of a screed to create a perfectly flat surface for floorcoverings.
Do I need a DPM (Damp Proof Membrane)?
If your substrate has residual moisture or no structural DPM, you will likely need a surface DPM before laying floorcoverings. We recommend testing with a hygrometer and contacting our team if readings are above 75% RH.
Can your products be used with underfloor heating?
Yes, many of our screed cements, levelling compounds, and adhesives are compatible with underfloor heating. Check individual product descriptions or contact us to confirm suitability.
How do I calculate how much product I need?
Each product page includes coverage information. For a quick estimate, multiply your floor area (m2) by the desired thickness (mm) and the product consumption rate (kg/m2/mm). Our expert team can also calculate quantities for you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Please see our full Refund Policy page for details. In general, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Can I return mixed or opened products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, mixed, opened, or part-used products cannot be returned.
