Product Description
Mapei Topcem Pronto is a pre-packed, rapid-drying screed mortar designed for forming floating and bonded screeds on new and existing slabs. Supplied in 25kg bags, it is ready to use with just the addition of water, eliminating the need for on-site aggregate sourcing and ensuring consistent quality.
Key Benefits
Application
Mix the contents of the 25kg bag with approximately 2.5–3 litres of clean water using a forced-action mixer until a semi-dry, earth-moist consistency is achieved. Apply to the prepared substrate, compacting and levelling with a screed bar. Minimum thickness is 30mm unbonded or 50mm floating. Ensure the substrate is clean, sound, and primed where required. Do not apply below 5°C.
Coverage
Approximately 18–19kg per m² at 10mm thickness. The 25kg bag covers approximately 1.3m² at 10mm depth.
