Product Description
Mapei Topcem Pronto is a factory-blended, ready-to-use rapid-drying screed mortar. Pre-mixed with selected aggregates and Topcem binder, it delivers consistent quality without on-site batching. It achieves a residual moisture content suitable for floor coverings in approximately 24 hours, making it ideal for fast-track projects where traditional screeds would cause programme delays.

Application
Empty the bag contents into a forced-action mixer and add approximately 2.5–3.0 litres of water per 25 kg bag. Mix for 2–3 minutes until a uniform, semi-dry earth consistency is achieved. Lay onto the prepared substrate and compact firmly using a tamper or roller. Level with a straightedge and finish with a float or power trowel. Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. Minimum depth 30 mm unbonded, 20 mm bonded.
Coverage
Approximately 20 kg/m² per 10 mm thickness. One 25 kg bag covers approximately 1.25 m² at 10 mm or 0.25 m² at 50 mm depth.
