Product Description
TEKCEM 550 FIBRE is a rapid-setting, fibre-reinforced cementitious screed binder designed for high-performance floor screed installations. Supplied in 25kg bags, it is mixed with sharp sand and water to produce a screed with excellent compressive strength, rapid drying characteristics, and built-in crack resistance from the fibre reinforcement.

Application
Mix TEKCEM 550 FIBRE with sharp sand and clean water using a forced-action mixer to achieve a semi-dry, workable consistency. Apply to the prepared substrate by hand or pump, compacting and levelling with a screed bar. Minimum thickness is typically 25mm bonded or 50mm unbonded/floating. Ensure the substrate is clean, primed, and free from contaminants. Do not apply below 5°C.
Coverage
Coverage depends on mix design, sand ratio, and screed depth. Refer to the technical data sheet for specific mix ratios and yield per m² at the required thickness.
