Product Description
Tekcem Plus is a rapid-drying cementitious screed binder designed for fast-track floor installations. When mixed with sharp sand and water, it produces a high-strength screed that dries significantly faster than traditional sand/cement screeds, allowing floor coverings to be installed within days.
Key Benefits
Application
Mix Tekcem Plus with sharp sand and clean water using a forced-action mixer to a semi-dry, workable consistency. Apply to the prepared substrate by hand or pump, compacting and levelling with a screed bar. Minimum thickness is typically 25mm bonded or 50mm unbonded/floating. Ensure the substrate is clean, primed, and free from contaminants. Do not apply below 5°C.
Coverage
Coverage depends on mix design, sand ratio, and screed depth. Refer to the Tekcem Plus technical data sheet for specific mix ratios, yield calculations, and bag-to-sand proportions per m².
