Product Description
Tekcem Ultra IBC is the same high-performance, rapid-setting cementitious binder as Tekcem ULTRA, supplied in a 1000kg Intermediate Bulk Container for large-scale commercial and industrial screed projects. The IBC format reduces handling, speeds up batching, and is ideal for pump-applied screed installations.
Key Benefits
Application
Mix Tekcem Ultra with sharp sand and water using a continuous or forced-action mixer. Apply to the prepared substrate by pump, levelling with a screed bar or laser-guided system. Minimum screed thickness is typically 25mm bonded or 50mm unbonded. Ensure the substrate is clean, primed, and free from contaminants. Do not apply below 5°C.
Coverage
Coverage depends on mix design, sand ratio, and screed depth. The 1000kg IBC provides approximately 200–250 bags-equivalent of binder. Refer to the technical data sheet for specific mix designs and yield calculations per m³ of placed screed.
