ARDEX A 35 is an ultra rapid drying cement for internal floor screeds. Walkable in just 3 hours with floor coverings installed from 4 hours, regardless of thickness. Ideal for fast-track construction where minimal downtime is essential.

Application
Mix at 1:4 or 1:5 ratio with sharp sand. Suitable for bonded screeds from 15mm, unbonded from 50mm, and floating screeds from 65mm (domestic) or 75mm (commercial).
Coverage
1:4 mix = approx. 0.37 kg/m²/mm thickness. 1:5 mix = approx. 0.31 kg/m²/mm thickness.
