Product Description
ARDEX A 38 is an ultra rapid drying cement for both internal and external screeds. It sets, hardens and dries rapidly, making it ideal for fast-track construction projects where floor coverings need to be installed quickly. Suitable for commercial, industrial, and residential applications including wet areas.

Application
Mix 1 part ARDEX A 38 to a maximum of 5 parts 0–8mm screeding sand by weight, adding no more than 11 litres of water per 25 kg bag. Bonded screeds 15–40mm, unbonded 50mm+, floating 75mm+ (65mm+ in lightly loaded/domestic areas). Working time approx. 1 hour at 20°C.
Coverage
At the recommended 1:5 mix, approx. 0.31 kg of ARDEX A 38 per m² per mm thickness, about 3.2 m² at 25mm or 5.4 m² at 15mm per 25 kg bag.
