Product Description
ARDEX K 71 is a rapid-drying, heavy-duty industrial topping and wearing surface. It provides a hard-wearing, abrasion-resistant surface for direct foot and wheeled traffic without additional floor coverings.
Key Benefits
Application
Mechanically prepare the concrete by scabbling, grinding or shot blasting to expose the aggregate, then vacuum thoroughly. Prime with ARDEX R 3 E or R 5 E epoxy primer, sand-blinded with ARDEX Fine Aggregate. Mix each 25 kg bag with up to 4.5 litres of clean water, no more. Pour onto the primed floor and allow to self-level (working time approx. 25 minutes at 20°C), using an ARDEX Pin Leveller for thicker applications and a spiked roller to finish. Apply at 5°C or above. Seal or resin-coat to protect against oil, salts and water. Internal use only: not for external areas or areas subject to wetting.

25 kg bag. Approx. 1.78 kg/m² per mm thickness, about 4.7 m² at 3mm per bag.
