Product Description
ARDEX MVS 95 is a one-component, water-based residual moisture vapour suppressant for concrete slabs and cement/sand screeds with residual construction moisture up to 95% RH. Allows floor preparation to proceed without waiting for the slab to dry fully. Not suitable for direct-to-ground slabs without a functioning structural damp proof membrane.
Key Benefits
Application
Stir well and use as supplied, do not add water. Apply two coats with a short-pile roller, the second at right angles to the first once the first is touch dry. Overlay with 3mm to 10mm of ARDEX levelling or smoothing compound between 2 and 24 hours after application. Do not traffic between coats or before levelling.
Coverage
12 kg unit. Approx. 36m² for a two-coat application up to 90% RH, or 27m² up to 95% RH. Do not exceed the stated coverage.
