Product Description
ARDEX SD-T B is a cost-effective, rapid-drying industrial base mix for pre-levelling concrete floors before ARDEX K 80 industrial topping is applied. Laid from 5mm to 50mm, it forms the levelling layer of the ARDEX K 80/SD-T B Industrial Floor System and can also receive ceramic or natural stone tiles.

Application
Mechanically prepare the concrete and prime with sand-blinded ARDEX R 3 E or R 5 E epoxy primer. Mix each 25kg bag with 3½ to 3¾ litres of clean water (do not exceed 3¾ litres), pour onto the sub-floor and allow to self-level, using a pin leveller for thicker applications. Minimum application temperature 10°C. Prime with ARDEX P 51 before applying ARDEX K 80, which can normally follow after 24 hours in good drying conditions. Not for external use or areas subject to wetting.
Coverage
Approx. 1.87 kg/m² per mm thickness, one 25kg bag covers approx. 1.3m² at 10mm.
