Product Description
Mapei Eco Prim Grip Plus is a ready-to-use, synthetic resin-based bonding primer with quartz aggregate designed to promote adhesion on smooth, non-absorbent surfaces. It creates a textured key coat that allows levelling compounds, screeds, and tile adhesives to bond securely to difficult substrates such as existing tiles, terrazzo, and painted concrete.
Key Benefits
Application
Stir well before use. Apply Eco Prim Grip Plus evenly to the clean, dry substrate using a brush, roller, or trowel. Allow to dry until the surface feels tacky and sandpaper-like (typically 1–3 hours depending on conditions). Apply the levelling compound, screed, or adhesive directly onto the primed surface. Do not apply below 5°C.
Coverage
Approximately 200–300g per m² in a single coat. The 10kg container covers approximately 33–50m².
