Product Description
Mapei Eco Prim T Plus is a solvent-free, multi-purpose primer for use before the application of levelling compounds, tile adhesives and waterproofing membranes. It regulates porosity on absorbent substrates such as concrete, sand–cement screeds and anhydrite, while also improving adhesion on non-absorbent surfaces like existing tiles and vinyl.
Key Benefits
Application
Shake or stir well before use. For absorbent substrates, dilute 1:3 with water and apply evenly by roller or brush. For non-absorbent substrates, apply undiluted. Allow to dry completely (30–60 minutes depending on conditions) until the surface is touch-dry before overcoating. Do not apply below +5°C or above +35°C. Do not allow to puddle.
Coverage
Diluted 1:3 on absorbent substrates: approximately 100–150 g/m². Undiluted on non-absorbent substrates: approximately 150–200 g/m². One 5 kg container covers approximately 25–50 m² depending on dilution and porosity.
