Product Description
Flowcrete Isocrete Polymer 70 is a polymer-modified self-levelling compound for smoothing and levelling interior floors from 2 mm to 70 mm in a single application. Its deep-fill capability eliminates the need for multi-coat applications on uneven substrates, while its polymer modification provides enhanced flexibility and adhesion for demanding refurbishment projects.

Application
Prime the substrate with the appropriate Isocrete primer and allow to dry. Mix one 25 kg bag with approximately 4.0–4.5 litres of clean water using a forced-action mixer until smooth. Pour onto the prepared floor and spread with a gauging trowel. Use a spiked roller to release trapped air. For depths over 40 mm, consider applying in two layers. Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.
Coverage
Approximately 1.6 kg/m² per mm thickness. One 25 kg bag covers approximately 15.6 m² at 1 mm, 7.8 m² at 2 mm, or 0.22 m² at 70 mm thickness.
