Product Description
Flowcrete Isocrete Self Level Base is a cement-based self-levelling compound for smoothing and levelling interior floors from 2 mm to 10 mm in a single application. It provides a smooth, hard-wearing base suitable for all types of floor coverings and is designed for general-purpose levelling on concrete and sand–cement screed substrates.

Application
Prime the substrate with Isocrete primer and allow to dry. Mix one 25 kg bag with approximately 5.0–5.5 litres of clean water using a mixing drill until smooth and lump-free. Pour onto the prepared floor and spread with a gauging trowel or smoother. Use a spiked roller to release trapped air. Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.
Coverage
Approximately 1.5 kg/m² per mm thickness. One 25 kg bag covers approximately 16.5 m² at 1 mm, 8.3 m² at 2 mm, or 1.7 m² at 10 mm thickness.
