Product Description
Flowcrete Isocrete Self Level Renovation is a high-performance, polymer-modified self-levelling compound designed specifically for refurbishment projects. It can be applied from 3 mm to 50 mm in a single pour over a wide range of existing substrates including old tiles, terrazzo, steel and timber, avoiding costly substrate removal and preparation.

Application
Prime the substrate with the appropriate Isocrete primer and allow to dry. Mix one 25 kg bag with approximately 4.5–5.0 litres of clean water using a forced-action mixer or drill and paddle until smooth. Pour onto the prepared floor and spread with a gauging trowel. Use a spiked roller to release trapped air. Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.
Coverage
Approximately 1.5 kg/m² per mm thickness. One 25 kg bag covers approximately 16.5 m² at 1 mm, 5.5 m² at 3 mm, or 0.33 m² at 50 mm thickness.
