Product Description
Mapei Mapeband Pipe Gasket is a pre-formed rubber gasket designed to create a watertight seal around pipe penetrations through waterproofed floors and walls. Measuring 118 x 118mm, it integrates with Mapei's Mapelastic and Mapegum WPS waterproofing systems to maintain membrane continuity at pipe entry points.
Key Benefits
Application
Apply a coat of Mapei Mapelastic or Mapegum WPS to the substrate around the pipe penetration. Press the gasket firmly into the wet membrane, ensuring full contact and no air pockets. Apply a second coat of membrane over the gasket flanges to encapsulate fully. Allow to cure as per the membrane product instructions.

One gasket per pipe penetration. Size: 118 x 118mm. Suitable for standard pipe diameters — check compatibility with the pipe size before installation.
