Product Description
The Mapei Gun 310 PRO is a professional-grade manual caulking gun designed for dispensing 310ml cartridges of sealants, adhesives, and fillers. Its heavy-duty construction and high thrust ratio make it ideal for demanding site use with thick or high-viscosity products.
Key Benefits
Application
Load a 310ml cartridge into the gun barrel. Cut the nozzle tip to the desired bead size at a 45° angle. Puncture the cartridge seal using the built-in rod. Apply steady trigger pressure to dispense an even bead of sealant or adhesive. Use the anti-drip release to stop flow between applications. Clean the nozzle after use.
Coverage
Coverage depends on the cartridge product and bead size. A single 310ml cartridge typically covers 5–12 linear metres at a 5mm bead width. Refer to the specific sealant or adhesive data sheet for exact coverage rates.
