Product Description
Mapesept Liquid is an antimicrobial additive from Mapei designed to inhibit the growth of bacteria, mould, and fungi in cementitious screeds, renders, and grouts. It is added to the mix water during batching to provide long-lasting hygienic protection in environments where cleanliness is critical.

Application
Add Mapesept Liquid to the gauging water before mixing with the cementitious binder and aggregates. Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution. Apply the screed or levelling compound as normal. Dosage rates vary depending on the product system — refer to the Mapei technical data sheet for recommended addition rates.
Coverage
Dosage rate is typically 1–2% by weight of cementitious binder. Refer to the Mapei technical data sheet for specific dosage recommendations per product system and container size.
