Product Description
Pliteq GenieMat FF10 is a 10 mm thick recycled rubber acoustic floating floor mat for reducing impact and airborne sound transmission beneath screeds and concrete toppings. The thinnest option in the GenieMat floating floor range, it delivers effective acoustic performance where minimal build-up height is essential. Each roll covers 11.15 m² (1.22 m × 9.14 m).
Key Benefits
Application
Lay mats on a clean, level substrate with edges butted tightly together. Bond joints with Pliteq GenieBoard Glue to prevent screed ingress. Turn up at perimeters by a minimum of 50 mm or use in conjunction with perimeter edge strips. Install a polythene slip membrane over the mats before pouring liquid screed. Minimum screed depth as per screed system manufacturer guidance.
Coverage
Each roll covers 11.15 m² (1.22 m × 9.14 m × 10 mm). Allow approximately 5% extra for trimming and overlaps at joints.
