Product Description
Tekcem 025 Industrial is a heavy-duty, self-levelling compound designed for industrial and commercial floor applications from 0 mm (feather edge) to 25 mm in a single pour. Its high compressive strength makes it suitable for warehouses, factories, retail units and other high-traffic environments where a durable, level surface is required before applying floor coverings or coatings.

Application
Prime the substrate with a suitable primer and allow to dry. Mix one 25 kg bag with approximately 4.5–5.0 litres of clean water using a mixing drill or forced-action mixer until smooth. Pour onto the prepared floor and spread with a gauging trowel. Use a spiked roller to release trapped air and achieve a level finish. Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.
Coverage
Approximately 1.6 kg/m² per mm thickness. One 25 kg bag covers approximately 15.6 m² at 1 mm, 3.1 m² at 5 mm, or 0.6 m² at 25 mm thickness.
