Product Description
Tekcem Gloss Seal is a water-based polyurethane sealer that provides a durable, high-sheen gloss finish to polished concrete and resin-bound screed surfaces. It protects the floor from staining, abrasion, and wear while enhancing the surface with a bright, reflective appearance.
Key Benefits
Application
Ensure the floor surface is clean, dry, and free from dust and contaminants. Apply Tekcem Gloss Seal in thin, even coats using a short-pile roller or microfibre applicator. Allow the first coat to dry fully (typically 2–4 hours) before applying a second coat. Two coats are recommended for optimum protection and sheen. Do not apply below 10°C or where humidity exceeds 80%.
Coverage
Approximately 8–12m² per litre per coat depending on surface porosity. Two coats are recommended for full protection and gloss finish. Refer to packaging for container size.
