Tekcem Matte Seal is a water-based polyurethane sealer that provides a durable, low-sheen matte finish to polished concrete and resin-bound screed surfaces. It protects the floor from staining, abrasion, and wear while maintaining a natural, understated appearance.

Key Benefits

Application

Ensure the floor surface is clean, dry, and free from dust and contaminants. Apply Tekcem Matte Seal in thin, even coats using a short-pile roller or microfibre applicator. Allow the first coat to dry fully (typically 2–4 hours) before applying a second coat. Two coats are recommended for optimum protection. Do not apply below 10°C or where humidity exceeds 80%.

Coverage

Approximately 8–12m² per litre per coat depending on surface porosity. Two coats are recommended for full protection. Refer to packaging for container size.
