Product Description
Tekcem SF Membrane is a two-part, solvent-free epoxy damp-proof membrane designed to suppress residual moisture in concrete subfloors prior to the application of floor finishes. It provides a high-performance barrier that protects levelling compounds, adhesives, and floor coverings from moisture-related damage.
Key Benefits
Application
Mix both components thoroughly until a uniform colour is achieved. Apply to the clean, prepared concrete substrate using a roller or squeegee in a single even coat. Broadcast dry quartz sand into the wet membrane to create a key for subsequent layers. Allow to cure fully before applying levelling compounds or adhesives. Do not apply below 10°C.
Coverage
Approximately 0.5–0.7kg per m² per coat depending on substrate porosity. Refer to the packaging for kit size and specific coverage calculations.
