Product Description
Tekcem ULTRA is a high-performance, rapid-setting cementitious binder designed for fast-track screed installations. Supplied in 25kg bags, it delivers ultra-rapid hardening with high early strength, allowing foot traffic and floor finishing within hours rather than days.
Key Benefits
Application
Mix Tekcem ULTRA with sharp sand and water to the required screed consistency. Apply to the prepared substrate by hand or pump, levelling with a screed bar or laser-guided system. Minimum screed thickness is typically 25mm bonded or 50mm unbonded. Ensure the substrate is clean, primed, and free from contaminants. Do not apply below 5°C.
Coverage
Coverage depends on mix design, sand ratio, and screed depth. Approximately 4–5 bags of Tekcem ULTRA per m³ of placed screed when mixed with sharp sand at standard ratios. Refer to the technical data sheet for specific mix designs.
