Weberfloor DPM Pro is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy damp proof membrane for use on concrete substrates with residual moisture up to 98% RH. It is capable of single-coat application, saving time and simplifying the floor preparation process before levelling compounds or screeds are applied.

Application

Mix Part A and Part B together thoroughly, then apply to a clean, dry, mechanically prepared concrete substrate using a medium-pile roller. Apply at the recommended rate in a single coat, ensuring full, even coverage. Allow to dry for a minimum of 3 hours, then prime with weberfloor 4716 (1 part primer to 2 parts water) before applying Weber levelling compounds.

Coverage

Approximately 0.3 kg/m² per coat depending on substrate porosity and texture. A 10 kg kit covers approximately 31.7 m²; a 20 kg kit covers approximately 63.4 m² (at 250μm).
