Product Description
Weberfloor Smooth 4150 is a fine-grade, self-levelling cementitious floor smoothing compound designed to create an ultra-smooth surface prior to the installation of thin floor coverings. Supplied in 25kg bags, it is ideal for preparing substrates to receive vinyl, linoleum, carpet, and other sensitive flooring materials.
Key Benefits
Application
Mix Weberfloor Smooth 4150 with clean water using a forced-action mixer to a smooth, pourable consistency. Pour onto the prepared and primed substrate, spreading evenly with a gauge rake. Use a spiked roller to release trapped air. Application thickness is typically 2–10mm in a single pour. Ensure the substrate is clean, sound, and primed with a suitable Weber primer. Do not apply below 5°C.
Coverage
Approximately 1.5kg per m² per mm thickness. The 25kg bag covers approximately 1.7m² at 10mm depth or 17m² at 1mm.
