Product Description
ARDEX A 70 Gypflo is a quick-drying, pre-blended calcium sulphate screed (just add water) for producing smooth, flowing internal floor screeds. As a gypsum-based (anhydrite) system it is particularly well suited to underfloor heating — flowing tightly around pipes for excellent thermal contact — and offers low shrinkage with minimal risk of curling. Supplied in 25 kg bags.
Key benefits
- Calcium sulphate (gypsum-based) screed — not a cement screed
- Quick drying — walkable in as little as 6 hours, ready for floorcoverings in as little as 14 days (twice as fast as standard calcium sulphate screeds)
- Excellent flow around underfloor heating pipes
- Low shrinkage and minimal curling risk
- 25 kg bag
Note: calcium sulphate screeds require appropriate priming before cement-based adhesives or levellers are applied over them.
