Product Description
RUBBERfon HG Tape is a 50 mm wide self-adhesive sealing tape designed for joining and sealing acoustic resilient layer sheets and mats at their joints. It ensures a continuous, waterproof seal that prevents screed ingress between sheets, maintaining the acoustic integrity of the floor system. Supplied in 50 m rolls.
Key Benefits
Application
Butt the edges of the acoustic resilient layer sheets tightly together. Peel the backing liner from the tape and press firmly over the joint, centring the tape over the seam. Smooth down with a roller or by hand to ensure full adhesion. Apply at all sheet joints, including T-junctions and cross joints. Store in dry conditions before use.
Coverage
One 50 m roll covers 50 linear metres of joints. Coverage depends on room layout and the number of sheet joints. Allow extra for T-junctions and cross joints.
